   This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by AZN, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. age requirement and alcohol-related content
   This Site is intended for adults who are 21 years of age or older. Do not use this Site if you are under 21. Age Restriction:
   The Site and its contents are intended for users who are of legal drinking age in their place of residence. By accessing and using this Site, you affirm that you are at least the legal drinking age where you live. If you are under the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, you must not use this Site.

   At this time, the Site is informational and promotional (for example: our story, products, tasting room information, events, and updates). The Site does not currently sell or ship alcoholic beverages online unless and until we explicitly enable e-commerce and post additional checkout/ordering terms.

If we later offer online sales/shipping where legally permitted, you agree that:

1. events, tickets, and reservations
   We may promote tastings, classes, ticketed events, and experiences. Event pages may be operated through Wix and/or third-party tools. When you purchase a ticket or register, you may also be subject to the third party’s terms, policies, and payment processing rules.

Unless otherwise stated on the event page:

• all event sales are final, and refunds are not guaranteed;

• we may refuse entry or service to anyone as permitted by law, including for failure to present valid ID where required;

• event details (time, format, offerings) may change. We will make reasonable efforts to update the Site if changes occur.

1. intellectual property
   All content on the Site (including text, photos, graphics, logos, design, audio/video, and overall look and feel) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. All site content and future editorial changes are the responsibility of the site owner. Sterling Rose Marketing & Communications is not liable for any content published after site deployment.

You may view, download, or print a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

Post-Launch Content Responsibility:
This Site is controlled and maintained by AZN, LLC and the Site owner. Sterling Rose Marketing & Communications (“Developer”) did not create and does not control content that the Site owner or other third parties may add, modify, or delete after the Site goes live. The Developer is not responsible for any posts, disclosures, images, videos, text, or other content that appears on the Site after launch, and all such content is the sole responsibility of the Site owner.

1. user submissions
   If the Site allows you to submit content (for example, comments, reviews, photos, or messages), you represent that you own the content or have permission to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your submission in connection with our business and marketing.

We may remove user-submitted content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

   You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;

• transmit malware, spyware, or other harmful code;

   We work to keep information current, but the Site may include errors, omissions, or outdated details (including product availability, event details, hours, or descriptions). We reserve the right to correct or update content at any time without notice.

3. responsible enjoyment
   Please drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive. If you choose to consume alcohol, do so in moderation and in compliance with all laws and safety guidance.

   Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
